A fabulous gift to parents! My kids were so excited when I told them my aunt was going to fire them. Except for one student who was in tears because he didn't want her to burn his ornament! Their little minds never seize to amaze me.

Best Pilgrim Activity!

I wanted to share this project just for the pure cuteness! You can adapt what you write on the bottom slip. My students prompt was..."I can.....pilgrims could not". This was a difficult concept for them to explore but they enjoyed it and after several discussions more students were able to grasp the idea!

Btw- these two were my favorites this year, one is Hannibal pilgrim and the other is our crazy eyes pilgrim ( ready to get off the Mayflower).

Mini Staycation!

Just got back from a remarkable staycation in Estes Park!! We stayed at the Della Terra! It was magical...I've never been to Italy but this rustic chateau allowed you to travel across the ocean. I did not get any work done for my classroom but after Thanksgiving I will be working full throttle! Enjoy the pics!
